1. This is, in many respects, Paul's last will and testament.
2. You see the tenderness shared for a son in the faith.
3. God's gifts come through faith.
4. We should be prepared to suffer for the sake of the gospel.
5. Follow the pattern = discipleship.
6. Entrust to others. The message must continue.
7. People can "look" righteous and just be religious.
8. Scripture finds its origin in God.
9. Scripture trains us in righteousness.
10. Preach the word always.
11. Living by faith is a fight.
12. In the winter to come, Paul seeks comfort in a cloak and the scripture.
