Things To Consider

1. Esther acts with great wisdom.
2. Esther points directly at Haman even though it is the king that ultimately allowed it.
3. Haman lost it and transgressed royal etiquette in his approach to the queen sealing his death.
4. Esther again is granted favor with the king and the scepter is extended.
5. The previous law cannot be undone. However, the new one authored by Mordecai and sealed by the king allows for the Jews to defend themselves.
